How we can help
We untwist AI for organisations and government teams.

Untangle
Practical AI training and education
We take your team through the AI tools and workflows that are relevant to their actual work.
A typical session is “anti death by powerpoint” and is made for NON-TECHNICAL teams (and will be engaging!) this typically includes:
- Setting up the right AI tools and accounts
- Building prompts, templates and workflows together
- Connecting AI to tools your team already uses, where appropriate
- Working with your own documents, data and examples
- Reviewing the tasks your team spends the most time on & identifying where AI can remove manual work
- Showing your team how to check, edit and use the outputs properly
- Covering practical data, privacy and security considerations
- Giving your team workflows they can keep using after the workshop
The session is hands-on. People bring their laptops and work on their own processes rather than watching someone run through generic examples.
More about the workshops here, including photos from past sessions.
- Best for
- Teams of 5 to 50, leadership groups, government teams and conference audiences.
- Format
- In person across South Australia or online anywhere in Australia.
- You leave with
- A less overwhelmed feeling about AI, a practical AI workflows set up for your team, reusable prompts and templates, plus a clear list of where your team can save time in their day-to-day work.

Strategy and advisory: Work out where AI is worth using in your business
We review how your business currently operates across sales, marketing, operations and other relevant functions, then identify the processes where AI could save meaningful time or reduce costs.
A typical engagement includes:
- Mapping important workflows and repetitive processes (Interviews with key people across the business)
- Reviewing the tools and software your team already uses
- Identifying AI and automation opportunities
- Assessing each opportunity by potential time saving, cost, complexity and effort to implement
- Prioritising the highest-value opportunities
- Recommending the tools or systems required
- Estimating the potential ROI of each priority workflow
- Building an implementation roadmap for your team
You get a practical view of where to spend money, where to start and where AI probably isn’t worth the effort.
- Best for
- Businesses that are using AI inconsistently, have lots of ideas but no clear priorities or want to understand the commercial case before investing in implementation.
- Format
- A strategy project or ongoing advisory.
- You leave with
- A prioritised AI roadmap showing the workflows worth building, what they could save, what they require to implement and what should happen first.

Weave
Implementation, we build the AI systems and automations for you
Once we identify a workflow worth improving, we build the system around it.
That can include:
- Designing the workflow from start to finish
- Selecting and configuring the required AI tools & connecting your existing software and data sources
- Building automations between your systems
- Creating AI assistants, agents or internal tools
- Building prompts, rules and decision logic
- Refining the workflow based on results
- Documenting how it works
- Training your team to use and manage it
For example, a sales system could research a prospect, pull information from your CRM, prepare a meeting brief, draft personalised outreach and prepare the follow-up. Your salesperson still owns the relationship and the decisions. The system handles the admin around them.
- Best for
- Businesses with a specific workflow they want built, automated or improved.
- Format
- One-off implementation projects, with optional ongoing support.
- You leave with
- A working system connected to your existing tools, tested with your data and documented so your team can run it after implementation.

| The problem | “We want our team to learn AI and use it to work more efficiently.” | “We know AI could help our business, but we don’t know where it’s actually worth investing.” | “We know what we want to improve, but we don’t have the time or capability to build it.” |
| What’s happening now | Your team may have little or no AI experience, or everyone is using it differently without a clear approach. | There are lots of ideas and possibilities, but no clear priorities, business case or roadmap. | A valuable process is still manual, repetitive or inefficient, and you’re ready to do something about it. |
| What you need | Build AI capability across your team. | Work out where AI will actually make a difference. | Turn a high-value opportunity into a working system. |
| We help you | Get your team set up with the right tools and learn how to apply AI to their actual work, with practical workflows, prompts and templates. | Map your workflows, identify AI opportunities, assess their potential value and decide what to tackle first. | Design, build and connect the AI workflow to your existing tools, data and processes. |
| Typical starting point | “We want our team to learn AI and become more efficient.” | “Where should we actually be using AI across the business?” | “Can you build this workflow for us?” |
| Best for | Teams starting with AI, building capability or wanting to improve day-to-day efficiency. | Businesses that need clarity before investing in AI. | Businesses with a defined workflow ready for improvement or automation. |
| What you leave with | AI capability + practical workflows | A prioritised AI roadmap | A working AI system |
| In simple terms | Learn it. Use it. | Find what’s worth doing. | Build what’s worth doing. |
The AI Untwisted ROI formula
Annual value = (hours saved × loaded hourly cost)
+ quality/rework savings
+ faster ramp / capacity gains
ROI = (annual value − training cost) ÷ training cost
Asked most often
Is AI just ChatGPT?
AI has moved well past the chatbot. You can build automated workflows that create social content in your brand colours and fonts, schedule it for the week, send follow-up sequences to leads without anyone touching them, generate a Monday morning brief with your priorities already in it, and keep your CRM updated automatically. The chatbot (this one included) is one small part of what’s possible now, and it’s the least interesting part.
Do I or my team need to be technical?
If you can send an email and use Google, you can do this. Nobody is taught to code. The workshops are built so you walk out with tools working on your own laptop, and the implementation work is even simpler from your side, because we build it and hand it over ready to go.
What is the difference between the three services?
Untangle is hands-on AI training for your team, where people bring their laptops and work on their own processes. Thread is the strategy and advisory work that reviews how your business operates and identifies where AI is worth using, with a prioritised roadmap at the end. Weave is the implementation, where we build the AI systems and automations for you and hand them over documented and running.
Who is this for?
Businesses, government teams and leaders who want their people trained on AI, or want it built and implemented for them. That might be a five person agency, a regional services business, or a corporate or government team that knows AI could save them hours but hasn’t worked out the how.
How do you measure ROI from AI training?
Measure workflow outcomes, not attendance: time saved on specific tasks, quality and error rates, adoption of redesigned workflows, and confidence, all against a baseline captured before training. Then compute ROI as (annual value of those gains minus training cost) divided by training cost.
Can you run workshops outside Adelaide?
Yes. In person across South Australia, and online anywhere in Australia.
