A short, practical piece of strategy. We look at what your organisation does day to day, where the hours go, and which of it a machine should be doing. Then we tell you what to start with and, more usefully, what to ignore.

Is AI just ChatGPT?
The chatbot is the least interesting part. You can build workflows that create social content in your brand colours and fonts and schedule it for the week, send personalised follow up sequences to leads without you touching them, generate a Monday morning brief with your priorities and client prep, and keep your CRM updated on its own.
Do I or my team need to be technical?
If you can send an email and use Google, you can do this. Nobody is being taught to code. The workshops are built so you walk out with tools working on your own laptop. The implementation work is even simpler from your side, because we build it and hand it over ready to go.
What is the difference between the three services?
Untangle teaches you and your team to build and use the tools yourselves. Thread works out which two things are worth doing before anyone builds anything. Weave is for businesses that would rather we just built it and handed it over. Same quality of outcome, different paths depending on whether you want to learn the how or want the result.
Who is this for?
Businesses, owners and leaders who want to train themselves or their team on AI, or have it built and implemented for them. That might be a five person agency, a regional services business, a government team, or a corporate group that knows AI could save them hours but has not worked out the how.
